自己紹介 Introduction

メルボルン在住の4人家族(私+旦那+息子2人)
基本的に夜ご飯を8人分作って、半分が翌日の昼飯へとまわる。=夜ご飯と翌日のランチは同じ食べ物。
週4私、週3旦那で夜ご飯を作ってます。
週末に1週間分の食料を買いに行くので、平日に7日分の献立を考えて買い物へ。

毎回何作ろうかと悩むので、記録を残すべくブログを始めました。何作るか悩む人達の助けになればいいなと思います。
魚の大きさや旬の素材がいつ、またいくらなのか分かるように、値段もちょっとだけ記録。

今日何作ろう。の悩みの手だすけになりますように。

I live in Melbourne with my husband and 2 boys.
When I cook it is for 8 serves, half of these for dinner and half for lunch next day. So dinner and next day lunch are the same dishes.
My husband cooks 3 days and I do 4 days.
When i go shopping, once a week, we plan 7 days of meal before shopping.
This is the record to help my meal plan(menu) but also for people who struggle to come up ideas for their meal plan.

Good to know the budget of seasons veges or foods I don't buy often, so I record some price of them as well.
